We booked a premier chalet, chalet was comfortable and nice.
Check in was quick and easy
Staff really friendly - my daughters 4 and 13 enjoyed the sessions with ranger rick and becky.
I do love Cornwall .
Toilets weren’t the best in the arcade (at night)
Lazy pool was cold only went once, eldest loved it. Swimming pool wasn’t crowded when we went, daughter went on the bounce splash twice and enjoyed both times, lifeguards made it fun.
Youngest loved the indoor play area, I would say an outdoor splash zone maybe a good idea for younger ones to cool down in rather than a full swim?

After rebooking our holiday from June to September, we were pleasantly surprised with how clean and COVID friendly the experience was. Check in was done on the app which was a lot easier than queuing like you usually have to.
The caravan had a seal on the door to confirm it was clean and ready for us. Everything we needed was inside.
Brilliant location with access to a beautiful beach and a lovely town.

Fantastic week at Perran Sands, the staff and security onsite made sure that our stay was as memorable as always, even with all of the new covid measures that are in place. The contactless check-in is brilliant and I do hope that this is something that the park will continue to implement even after covid restrictions are lifted.
The caravan was clean and well maintained, the location was perfect with only a short walk to the beach. We are already looking forward to coming back again next year! Thanks for a great half term holiday!
